EOAgriTwin Webinar Highlights

Last week, the EOAgriTwin team successfully hosted its webinar, bringing together a broad and engaged audience to discuss the current status and future direction of the Digital Twin Component for agriculture.

During the session, we showcased the main EOAgriTwin use cases and presented a first prototype of the Digital Twin dashboard, highlighting how Earth Observation data and modelling can support agricultural monitoring and decision support. The live demonstrations and use case examples sparked an active discussion and valuable feedback from participants.

Overall feedback was very positive. Participants highlighted the relevance of the Digital Twin outputs for decision making, the high importance of stress and climate indicators, and the strong potential for integrating the EOAgriTwin tools into existing workflows, in many cases with only moderate adjustments. The interactive feedback session confirmed a clear interest in operational use and further collaboration.

We will build on this feedback in the coming months. Broader access to the prototype and additional functionalities are planned, along with further refinements of the dashboard and scenario tools.
